4:4:4 Color Fidelity
Full 4:4:4 chroma keeps coloured text and thin UI lines readable, without the colour smearing that 4:2:0 subsampling introduces. Useful for code, UI work and CAD.
Direct P2P When the Network Allows
Direct peer-to-peer UDP channels avoid relays whenever the network allows it. When both ends sit behind restrictive NAT the session falls back to an encrypted relay, which adds latency and lowers throughput.
Zero-Trust E2E Encryption
Each session negotiates its own keys in the DTLS handshake and they never leave the two computers. The exact cipher suite is whatever both ends agree on. The session password is checked on the host.

Reach the Client's Network
Open the router admin panel, a NAS, a printer or an internal web app on the remote machine's LAN, through the same encrypted session. It is a TCP/SOCKS5 bridge to the addresses you ask for, not a full VPN, and it does not discover the network for you. Desktop app only, on Pro or Team — the web viewer does not include it. The owner approves it in a separate dialog, sees a permanent indicator with a cut button, and access ends with the session.
MP4 Session Recording
Record remote support sessions locally as MP4, for training and internal review. Recording is a product feature, not a certification of any compliance standard.

2. They share ID and password
They give you their 9-digit ID and a one-time password. You enter them in your desktop app or in the web viewer, and they accept the connection — attended sessions always need that approval.
3. You take over the screen

Our servers never receive your screen, your keystrokes or your files.
Your screen, keystrokes, clipboard and files are encrypted end to end between the two devices over WebRTC DataChannels (DTLS). Our signalling server pairs the two ends and never sees the contents of a session; when a direct connection isn't possible, the relay only forwards packets it cannot read.
