The person you are helping needs PCRemotely open on their computer. Enter the ID and password they share with you. In an attended session they also have to accept the connection.
This viewer does not include PCRemotely Network. Access to the client's router, NAS or printer panels needs the desktop app on a Pro or Team plan.
